Deep dive
Our crew reviews the work the way your team actually experiences it. For decisions that's PRDs, research cadence, and how bets get made. For design it's content, structure, accessibility, and responsiveness. For development it's the stack, workflow, testing, and security.
Scoring and synthesis
We score what we find against a consistent framework, so severity is something you can see rather than an opinion you have to take on faith. You get a Process Health Score and a Team Health Score.
Report and roadmap
You get a written report, clear recommendations, and a priority-based roadmap, walked through live with your team. It's built to act on in the next 30 days, not to sit in a shared drive.
